jlbb Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "jlbb," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jlbb online gaming platform, accessible at https://jlbb.app, and its operators.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jlbb platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jlbb platform.
• "Platform" means the jlbb website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services, tools, and features accessible at https://jlbb.app.
• "Games" refers to all gaming products available on the jlbb platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino, bingo, keno, and Monster Plinko.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's jlbb account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives credited to a Player's account by jlbb.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals and certain account actions are permitted.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to the Philippine Peso, the primary currency used on the jlbb platform.

By accessing the jlbb platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with jlbb's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jlbb platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

jlbb reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jlbb will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

To be eligible to register and use the jlbb platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. jlbb does not permit access to individuals under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party.
• You are accessing jlbb from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jlbb is legal in your location.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a jlbb employee or contractor.
• You do not already hold an existing jlbb account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the jlbb platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

jlbb reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access real-money gaming on jlbb, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jlbb will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jlbb support immediately. jlbb recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, and at jlbb's discretion at any other time, you may be required to complete a KYC verification process. This involves submitting valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. jlbb reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a serious violation of these Terms. jlbb reserves the right to immediately terminate any account found to have been registered with inaccurate information and to forfeit any associated balance.

jlbb supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the cashier page.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits are generally credited to your jlbb account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. jlbb does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.

All funds deposited into your jlbb account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jlbb reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally completed within the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff.

jlbb reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the jlbb account.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on jlbb are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlbb does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

jlbb offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by promotion and are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jlbb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotional terms, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• jlbb reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a bonus was claimed in violation of these Terms or the specific promotion terms.

All games available on the jlbb platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

7.1 Game Integrity

All jlbb games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a professional studio environment. jlbb is committed to providing fair, transparent, and verifiable gaming outcomes.

7.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, jlbb reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's account. jlbb's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the refund of the original wager will be provided in connection with a technical malfunction.

7.3 Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. jlbb reserves the right to adjust wager limits at any time. Players who consistently wager at or near maximum limits may be subject to additional review.

7.4 Disputed Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jlbb support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. jlbb's decision following a good-faith investigation of any dispute is final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbb platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with jlbb games or the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to jlbb support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the jlbb platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the jlbb platform's software or security systems.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jlbb staff or other players via any communication channel.

jlbb cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the Philippines. Any activity suspected of constituting a criminal offense will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlbb platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jlbb content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jlbb content.
• Use jlbb's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorized.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jlbb platform.

Any unauthorized use of jlbb's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlbb and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jlbb platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming activity, including losses due to technical malfunctions or errors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in platform availability caused by factors outside jlbb's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions.
• Any reliance on information provided on the jlbb platform that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.

jlbb's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlbb account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlbb's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jlbb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Abusive behavior toward jlbb staff or other players.
• At the Player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon termination for cause, jlbb reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable fraud or compliance review.

You may close your jlbb account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jlbb platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jlbb's support team. jlbb will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution.

Nothing in this section shall prevent jlbb from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
